Package and shipping
Depends on different situation (weight, volume, country...), the shipping method could be different and its negotiable.
1.We have three layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
2.Air-worthy packing or Sea packing which with international standard.

A1: All of our machines come with unlimited, lifetime support.
Q2, Do I need special technicians to run a laser?
A2: No. We will give you full training on how to use your new laser machine and the software provided, and how to carry out the basic routine maintenance.The training is easy to understand and the laser machine is simple to operate.
Q3, What do I need to get started with a the laser?
A3: The space for the machine to stand, a computer for your laser machine to run off, the sockets for the laser equipment to connect to, and yourself for the training
Q4. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 10-15 days; For nonstandard machines and customized machines according to clients specific requirements, it would be 3 to 15 days.
